Free-stall robotic dairy and feed facility built in 2012. Designed for approximately 250 head with slatted floors over a 2-million-gallon manure pit, raised stalls with dividers, separate sick bays, and a cross-ventilated design with fans. Four DeLaval robotic milkers, a 6,500-gallon bulk tank, pipeline, and the infrastructure necessary for efficient robotic dairy operation are already in place. Rotating cow brushes and sawdust-bedded stalls provide added cow comfort. The offering includes approximately 30 acres, with the final acres to be determined by survey based on the buyer's desired property configuration. Included are the freestall facility, a six-bay commodity shed with stationary mill, dry lot and shed, drive-over silage pile on a lime screenings pad, and pasture. The facility also offers flexibility for alternative livestock operations and could accommodate approximately 600–800 head of cattle. Approximately 200 acres of cropland are available for rent, with additional acres available if desired. Depending on the buyer's needs, additional outbuildings may also be available for purchase. A 60,000-bushel grain drying system is also available for separate purchase. The residence is optional and may be purchased separately but is not required as part of the property sale.
